Family Therapy
Family based therapy is the treatment of choice for tweens and teens in addressing eating disorders. Learn how family therapy sessions can foster communication and healing within your family unit.

In-Person & Telehealth
Treating eating disorders is best accomplished with in-person sessions. My office is centrally located and accessible by public transit. However, in some cases telehealth is more accessible to you and is an option.

Assessment and Diagnosis

Eating disorders: binge eating, anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, other specified feeding and eating disorder, ARFID, purging disorder, choking disorder, and disordered eating.
Other areas: anxiety, OCD, body dysmorphia, muscle dysmorphia, trauma, life transitions, women's issues, veteran issues, and spirituality.
